Well, yesterday was a Saturday, and prayer hasn't always been a priority on Saturdays, so I made the effort to make sure it was. And it felt good, I was able to pray in the morning and I think it made a big difference in how the day went. I also prayed with my wife before the day started. I have been struggling a little bit with how I am feeling...I need to feel more positive, and sometimes I have no clue where the negative feelings come from. I am really hoping prayer is helpful in this regard.
I think I need to pray specifically to feel better and feel more positive, to feel more love in my heart.
I did have any interesting feeling in church today, I felt like the way that i can be more positive and happier is by serving others more. I think I will focus on that more and discuss it more in my prayers.
